Our panfish jigs are poured on a thin wire hook to give an advantage of getting your jig back by straightening the hook, which is very useful on occasions when targeting panfish in heavy debris. Suggested target species are crappie, perch, and bluegill but still proven to bring in a drag peeling 30″ longnose gar or chain pickerel on 6lb test.
